I do art because it’s a way to speak truth to power without speaking. I am inspired by diversity, beauty of difference, and social movements.

I love to work in hyper-realism, but also enjoy painting and drawing cartoons. I like to work with graphite, you can shade and do microscopic textures using graphite. I also like blending with acrylic paints.

I want to push myself to be the most hyper-realistic artist possible. I want people to see a sense of reality in my drawings. I love painting and drawing people of all races and ethnicities. I especially like to capture the beauty of strong black women.

Jean-Michael Basquiat is my favourite artist!
